[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Be the High-Flying Spider”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]So you want to be at the top? Needless to say you have to work at it. You can have the best looking site out there, but if no one sees it, what difference does it make? Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is the best way to get you on the front page. If you have a lot of competition, it could take awhile to get on that front page. Through the use of keywords, content writing and other methods, DCW4 Web Solutions can work to get you there.

We understand that you may need to build your client base quickly immediately. You have an option to pay to get to the top of the search engine called pay-per-click. We can help you set this up if you choose this route, but it shouldn’t replace utilizing SEO.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1413349895104{background-color: #282282 !important;}”][vc_column_text]Search Engine Optimization is an essential part of having a website. There are a lot of scams out there guaranteeing that they will get you at the top of a search engine. The reality is that no one company can do that. In fact, some of those companies use techniques that can actually hurt you and get you dropped lower, or even banned, from a search engine. Don’t get fooled.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][/vc_accordion][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_image_repeat=”” row_type=”row” anchor=”” video=”no” video_overlay=”” video_webm=”” video_mp4=”” video_ogv=”” video_image=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]

Click on the boxes below to see what the plan of attack will be.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_image_repeat=”” row_type=”row” anchor=”” video=”no” video_overlay=”” video_webm=”” video_mp4=”” video_ogv=”” video_image=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_accordion collapsible=””][vc_accordion_tab title=”Consultation”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Your initial consultation is free when you agree to one of our services. Bring out your wish list, rank your items by importance and let’s starting creating your marketing plan. We’ll break it down together what will work best for your business starting out. From colors and text styles to content management systems and templates, we will make sure that no rock is unturned. Typically, the consultation will last about one hour, but we will discuss your needs as long as it takes until you are comfortable before moving forward. We can also do consultations electronically (typically via email) if time is at a premium for you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Budget”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]We can create a bundle for you that fits your budget, or we can do an à la carte and increase services as your business grows. Our success depends on our clients’ success, so we will not push a service on you. DCW4 Web Solutions will make the recommendations, and you make the call on what fits your budget.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Terms of Service”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Now that we know what you want and have your budget in mind, we can agree on the terms. To protect you, our future clients and DCW4 Web Solutions, we will send you a quote and/or a contract which includes payment terms and the scope of the project. Some services will require payment in full prior to work being done due to the nature of the work. Other services will have a payment plan. If you have any questions at any time regarding the quote, the contract or the scope of the project, we will be more than happy to discuss it with you. Once signed and payment terms are met, the work begins.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Draft to Completion”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Once the scope is decided and signed off on, we will stick with it. Any changes that need to be made at our, DCW4 Web Solutions’, discretion will not come with any charges without first discussing them with you. If, however, requests go outside the scope that were agreed upon or occur after final approval, additional fees may be charged at our discretion.

Most projects have three to four steps (see right box). The first step, setup, normally comes with an account that needs established. Not all services will need this, but some do. The second step is the draft. It is a rough sketch of what it will look like. You may also receive proofs at this stage that can be approved, adjusted or even mix and match elements from different proofs. We want you to be happy, so we ask you to critique each draft/proof we send. It helps us build a better product for you and for our future clients. The third step is your approval. The final step is the final draft. We will provide you the product you need in the format or make it available as agreed upon once your balance is paid in full.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1413431179468{background-color: #f7f7f7 !important;}”][vc_column_text]Typically, there are four steps in a service or project after the scope is set.

  1. Setup
  2. Drafts/Proofs
  3. Client Approval
  4. Final Product

At times, a step may be revisited until the service or project has received client approval.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Final Payment”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Depending on the service, you may be required to pay the balance in full prior to receiving the final product. The terms and conditions of the service contract and/or quote will outline this. At this time, we are only accepting checks and cashier’s checks via mail. We will accept cash payments in person upon request. For loss prevention reasons, do not send cash via mail.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_accordion_tab][/vc_accordion][/vc_column][/vc_row]
